RTO projects fail when the field connections are treated like generic shop duct. Diameters, flanges, expansion, supports, and access for future maintenance all have to line up with the equipment and the facility’s process-air path.
Our scope is industrial and process ductwork. We do not install residential AC ductwork.
We review the specified layout, material, and connection points with your team before scheduling. If an outside shop fabricates long runs, we still handle installation, transitions, wall or roof penetrations, and the welding needed to put the system into service.

Do you fabricate every piece of RTO duct in-house?
Not always. Some sections come from a preferred fabricator or your specified supplier. We install, fit, support, and weld the field connections so the run matches the equipment and drawings.
Is this the same as residential HVAC duct?
No. This page covers industrial RTO and process duct for plants and facilities. We do not install residential AC ductwork.
What should we send for an RTO duct quote?
Equipment layout or drawings, duct diameter and material, connection types, access/lifting notes, and preferred timing or outage dates.
Can RTO duct work happen during a plant shutdown?
Yes. Many RTO duct installs and replacements are scheduled inside a planned outage. See our plant shutdown welding page if pipe and supports are on the same punch list.
